Yoga House on the go mobile yoga for you

I've said this  for years and I am so grateful I have this opportunity to bring this to you. 

My goal when I opened my first "brick and mortar" studio in 2008  was to create a space where you feel safe. I believe in my heart that I was able to do that for our community. Now things are always changing and the chances for people to "get out" and get to classes are different.  That is where House Yoga on the Go was manifested. I have been teaching at some wonderful venues all over our area and I realized holding a safe space for you can be done, when you allow me to hold it for you. So why can't that be at your house at 2:00 in the afternoon, by your garden at 9;00am or with co workers for lunch at the office?

See yoga  beyond the typical studio walls, feel your mat under your feet in a place where YOU need it to be.  Change how you think of a "yoga class". 

Have you always wanted to unroll your mat in your living room but don't know where to start?

 Maybe you have a perfect space in your backyard, or by the water, or under the stars.

 Think  outside the box! 

Perhaps you work a 12 hour day and need a meditation or asana class mid day.  Have me come over or meet you for "lunch yoga" or an  afternoon stretch. 

Maybe you want more meditation, nidra or a beginners class and feel more comfortable and safe  in a setting that you choose. WHY NOT!

Yoga House on the GO is tailored with you FOR you. 

 I am so excited and humbled  for this next chapter of Yoga House.

$35 for 1 hour class for up to three people and only $5 per person  after that. Build your own community OR just do private lessons on YOUR turf.
