Single Class/Drop In
SUNRISE SALUTATIONS & MORE
Begin your morning with a fun and spirited class that will energize and motivate you for the day ahead. Prepare to play and stretch while moving through sun salutations, strength based alignment poses, and Vinyasa flow.
GENTLE YOGA FLOW
Be guided through each pose using you mind, body and breath. The transitions from one pose to another are like a graceful, beautiful dance which fill you with a sense of freedom and peace. In this class you will learn to honor and work with your individuality. Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into a more blissful state! Slowing down our mind allows our nervous systems relax, our muscles become supple, and our breath deepens. Class sequence and music varies with each instructor.
YIN & ZIN
Yin is a slower paced class that consists of a series of long held passive postures. It does wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. This practice stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body while regulating the body's flow of energy. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. We invite you to get intimate with the self, with feelings, sensations, and emotions, something of which can be easy to avoid in a fast paced practice. You will gain greater mental stability and become comfortable with sitting still. After class hang out with the House peeps for fellowship (there is usually food and wine)
VIN & YIN
Vin to Yin-Class heated 80-90
A twist on a little yin and a little yang! We will do a vinyasa flow at beginning of class and end with yin.
Vin-Yin Yoga combines yin yoga with a flow practice. The Yin portion of this class is a gentle, quiet, and meditative practice that is the juicy part of yoga.
Poses are held for longer periods of time (generally 3-5 minutes) and awareness is brought to sensations in the body.
The Vin portion of this class allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment with a short, gentle vinyasa flow in our practice. This class is suitable for all levels.

One of the favorites around the Yoga House is our Yoga Nidra "sleep". During Covid I took it out to the lake. SO unroll your mat, turn up the speakers and settle in for a special yoga nidra "sleep" class. And when you are being called for "more" nidra come on over to the House.
